In this workshop novices, beginner and advance Benesh practitioner can discover a fun and practical approach to Benesh Movement Notation (BMN). During this session, you will learn the basic principal of BMN which will help you read the RAD syllabus Benesh notes. You will also experience using BMN as a creative and choreographic tool. This workshop is a taster experience of the exciting new series of Benesh Explored workshops currently being trialled for children as young as 8 years old.   Aims The aims of this workshop are to equip participants with the skills to understand the fundamental principles of BMN by exploring it in a new fun, exciting and creative manner. This will dispel any mis-preconception and mythical fears that BMN might be difficult and complicated.
