The first phase of the new development at Battersea Power Station will see its new residents move into their new property within a matter of weeks, as the first phase of property at the new Power Station development nears completion. Circus West is the initial phase, with most of the properties now sold.
Alongside this, the developers have announced there will be no chain bars or restaurants allowed into the commercial property in a bid to attract more bespoke options.It seems the first wave already confirmed include a Danish pizzeria, an oyster bar and a boutique gin distillery taking residence at the 9 billion development.
The restaurants, bars and shops in “Circus West Village” will open by summer.
Rob Tincknell, chief executive of the Battersea Power Station Development Company, said: “We are striving to deliver the best mix of independent, authentic and fun British and international operators — an extension of the existing local community, a place for people to visit, be entertained, try something new, work and live.”
