Project B Dance Challenge 2018 – Candidate Information A multi-level competition giving candidates the opportunity to be part of a creative process and to perform in front of an audience. Candidates will be judged on the performance of a solo, choreographed by themselves, their teacher or peer in their chosen dance style. Venue: Royal Academy of Dance, 36 Battersea Square, London SW11 3RA Date: 29 April 2018 Who can enter: Male students aged 8 – 18 years, with an interest and enthusiasm in dance, currently studying RAD Grade 2 (or the equivalent in other dance styles) or above. The entry fee is £30 per student. For further details, please refer to the Information Pack. PerformanceTeachers, family and friends are welcome to attend the performance in the afternoon. Tickets will soon be available to purchase at www.rad.org.uk at a cost of £6 per ticket including VAT. Closing date: 2 April 2018 All applications must be made through the online application form. Please ensure you have all of the information required before you begin completing the form. IMPORTANT NOTICE You will receive an Eventbrite confirmation that your application has been received; please note this is not confirmation of a place at this year's competition. Candidates will be notified after the closing date as to whether or not they have secured a place.
