For more details about how you can support them, please go here: http://www.clicsargent.org.uk/ The only way to book onto one of these tours is if you've won a gift voucher in a raffle at one of the participating pubs. If you've won – congratulations! Click SELECT DATE to the right, then TICKETS, and enter the code on your gift voucher. Here are a few details of what's in store for you on the Sambrook's Brewery Tour! Welcome to Sambrook’s Brewery – brewing craft beer in Battersea since 2008 It’s a big claim, but we believe our brewery tours are the best in town. Always run by a core member of the team, we'll share with you our knowledge and enthusiasm for everything from the ingredients to the brewing process. Mainly though, our tours are a fun and different way to have a few drinks with friends. What's included You'll receive a welcome taster of one of our flagship ales as soon as you walk in the door before we embark on a 45 minute guided tour of the brewery with one of our all-knowing resident beer geeks. You'll learn about how we got started, try the ingredients and go behind-the-scenes in the brewhouse and fermentation room to see the brewing process and how a pint comes together. You'll have the opportunity to 'ooh' and 'ahh' over such exciting things as our trusty malt mill and much-loved mash tun. If it takes your fancy you can skip delightedly between rows of fermentation vessels – we're here to please. We think our Battersea brewhouse is a thing of beauty and we hope you’ll agree. Notes & FAQs Our taproom is open to the public 5-10pm on Thursdays & Fridays, and 12-10pm on Saturdays. It serves our core range of beers on cask and keg, plus seasonal specials. We also offer bottles of cider, a house white, a house red and soft drinks. We have a range of tasty bar snacks, but if you want something more substantial you are welcome to order takeaway and eat in at no extra cost. Our barman will be able to recommend good local restaurants. Well-behaved dogs are very welcome in the brewery taproom and shop, but they're not allowed in production areas like the brewhouse and fermentation room.
